Fund Transfers to Your Account

You have the flexibility to transfer money into your account via multiple payment options provided. We hold the right to authenticate the source and ownership of the funds you deposit. Should we find discrepancies, particularly if the name on your chosen payment method (like a bank account, credit card, or debit card) does not match the name under which you've registered with bet9ja cm, we reserve the right to either (a) temporarily freeze your account or (b) ask you for additional documentation to confirm that you are the authorized user of that payment source.

Your account may remain inaccessible until we validate the documents and information provided. Any bank account that you associate with your Bet9ja account should exclusively be your own and be maintained by a bank licensed to operate in Nigeria.

This does not restrict us from pursuing other legal remedies if you're found to be using someone else's payment method without proper authorization. If your deposit appears to be from a third-party source, we may opt to refund it, particularly if you use funds provided by someone else for wagering. If this discovery happens after you've placed bets, those bets will be invalidated, and you won't be eligible for any potential winnings.

Bet9ja shoop doesn't impose fees for deposits made via bank transfers or cards. However, your own financial institution may have associated costs. Deposit limits, both minimum and maximum, may vary depending on your chosen payment method. You can only wager funds that are available in your account, in compliance with any applicable betting limits. For any promotional bonuses, specific rules will apply and said funds might be restricted from being withdrawn.

Purpose of Your Account

Your Bet9ja account is meant solely for use in accessing our various services, as outlined in our Terms of Use. It's not intended to function as a bank account and will not accumulate interest. Funds should be deposited only with the intention of placing bets. Should we suspect that you are depositing or withdrawing money without actively participating in games, we reserve the right to investigate, which may lead to account suspension or termination. We may also recover any bank fees incurred in such situations without prior notification.

Changing Payment Methods

We reserve the right to periodically update the list of available payment methods. Additionally, we can, at our sole discretion, decline any form of payment, regardless of whether or not we have previously accepted that type of payment from you or other users.

Fund Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your available balance, which includes any winnings you've earned from bets made with your account funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that is registered under your Bet9ja account, as outlined in Clause 1 of this section.

We may refuse withdrawal requests that seem to be part of a strategy for transferring money between different payment methods, especially if you can't provide sufficient proof of ownership of these methods.

Verification Process

We may run verification checks required either by our policies or by regulatory agencies whenever you request a withdrawal. This may cause temporary suspension of certain withdrawal methods and/or your account until verification is completed.

Upon initiating a withdrawal, we may require:

Withdrawal processing generally takes up to 5 business days, contingent upon any required verification procedures. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider.

Chargebacks and Reversals

You may not attempt to reverse or cancel any previous deposits. If we incur any costs due to chargebacks or reversals, we reserve the right to deduct these from your account balance.

Payment Withholding

We may hold back payments or annul bets if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you've violated our Terms of Use, such as being underage, being in a jurisdiction where our services are illegal, or failing identity verification. We also reserve the right to offset any debts you may owe us against your account balance or winnings before allowing further withdrawals.

Tax Responsibilities

It's your obligation to report any winnings for tax purposes to the appropriate authorities, as laws may require from time to time.

Section VI: Wagering Guidelines and Limitations

It is important to understand that we are under no obligation to accept any wager or bet that you may wish to place. We reserve the exclusive right to decline any bet or to impose certain limitations on the amount you can wager. If your Account lacks the necessary funds, you will be unable to place a bet. All bets must also meet a minimum stake requirement as specified by us.

When you decide to place a bet, you are solely accountable for that decision and must exercise your personal judgement. Any wager made through your Account is entirely your responsibility, and it falls upon you to confirm that the bet details are accurate. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read and fully comprehend our Terms of Use, as well as any specific betting rules related to the service you are using. These documents are always accessible on our Website and mobile application. Should you have any inquiries or require clarification, our Customer Service team is readily available to assist you.

Only bets that have been confirmed by our server, referred to as "Accepted Bets," are considered legitimate. For sports wagers, an Accepted Bet is confirmed by the appearance of your betslip on your Account, accompanied by a message indicating that the bet has been successfully placed and listing the betting slip number. For game-related wagers, an Accepted Bet is validated when the bet ID is displayed on your Account. Once a bet becomes an Accepted Bet, it cannot be cancelled or altered under any circumstances.

Wagers that are not Accepted Bets or are otherwise invalid will not be honored, and we are not responsible for settling such bets. If you have valid, undisputed bets placed using the cash balance in your Account, your winnings will be credited to the same Account once the bets are settled.

To foster a pleasant and responsible gaming experience, we highly recommend our Users to separate gambling activities from their daily routines, pre-consider the length of each gambling session, and not view gambling as a substitute for a regular income or as a strategy for recovering debt.

Should you wish to limit your gaming activities, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from part or all of our Services, or even the closure of your Account, at any time. While we strive to enforce self-exclusion requests diligently, you acknowledge that we cannot be held liable if you find ways to circumvent our security measures in situations beyond our control. Self-exclusion options can be managed within your Account settings or by reaching out to our support team.

Www,bet9ja,com Bonus Promotions Terms And Conditions

These Bet9ja Bonus Promotions Terms and Conditions (referred to as the "Bonus Terms and Conditions") apply to any bonus promotion available on www.bet9ja.com, Bet9ja's social media platform(s), and in the Customer's account. Each bonus promotion is organized by KC Gaming Networks Limited ("Bet9Ja") and is subject to the respective Bonus Rules, which complement these Bonus Terms and Conditions. Unless explicitly defined in these Bonus Terms and Conditions, all capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the General Terms and Conditions, General Sports Betting Rules, and the Casino Terms and Conditions. These Bonus Terms and Conditions do not apply to the www-bet9ja-com League Bonus and bet9ja casino Racing Bonus offers.

Participation in bonus promotions is available only through the online betting Account functionality. Bonus promotions and/or the bonus balance of the Account cannot be accessed or used through SMS betting functionality.

Bet9Ja may offer the following bonus promotion categories: Casino Bonus Promotion(s) or Sports Bonus Promotion(s). Casino Bonus Promotion requires that any Bonus Funds or Qualifying Deposit, as defined in the Bonus Rules, must be used exclusively for casino stakes. Sports Bonus Promotion requires that any Bonus Funds or Qualifying Deposit, as defined in the Bonus Rules, must be used for bets placed on pre-match and live sports only. There may be multiple types of bonus promotions running within the same bonus promotion category simultaneously.

A Customer may participate in different bonus promotion categories simultaneously, but only one bonus promotion type for the respective category can be assigned to one Account within the bonus promotion Term (i.e., only one Sports Welcome Bonus Promotion can be used under one Account). Bonus promotions cannot be transferred between Accounts.

In general, a bonus promotion may allow the Customer to receive a specific amount of Bonus Funds, credited to the bonus balance of the Account when (i) the Customer makes the Qualifying Deposit (as defined in the Bonus Rules), or (ii) makes qualifying casino stakes or pre-match/live sports bets according to the Bonus Rules, or (iii) meets the relevant Deposit Wagering Requirements, unless otherwise specified in the Bonus Rules. If the Customer fails to meet the Deposit Wagering Requirements or places a bet that does not meet all the requirements under the Bonus Rules, the Customer will not be eligible to receive the Bonus Funds. Shop. bet9ja. con may, at its sole discretion, credit a discretionary amount to the Account's bonus balance, in which case, only the Bonus Wagering Requirements specified in the Bonus Rules will apply.

Once credited to the bonus balance of the Account, the Bonus Funds can be used immediately for bets or stakes. In the case of multiple credits of Bonus Funds, they will be used in order of their respective bonus promotion Term expiry dates. The Bonus Funds available for bets or stakes at any given time will be the "Active Bonus Promotion." There can be only one Active Bonus Promotion per promotion category in the Account. If, during the Active Bonus Promotion, the Customer receives Bonus Funds from a bonus promotion with an earlier Term expiry date than the then-current Active Bonus Promotion, the Bonus Funds credited from the earlier promotion will become the Active Bonus Promotion. Any open bets initiated under any Active Bonus Promotion, including their settlement date requirement, will remain valid. The Bonus Funds from the previous Active Bonus Promotion will become available for betting again after all the Bonus Funds from the then Active Bonus Promotion have been staked.

The bonus promotion will be deemed completed (the "Completed Bonus Promotion") when (i) all Bonus Funds have been staked (at any time within the Term), and (ii) according to the respective Bonus Wagering Requirements, including bets' settlement dates. Failure to meet the cumulative criteria mentioned above will result in the forfeiture of the entire portion of the bonus balance associated with the respective bonus promotion. This portion includes the Bonus Funds and any winnings from bets placed with those Bonus Funds.

Winnings from bets and/or stakes that meet the Bonus Wagering Requirements will be credited to the bonus balance of the Account (the "Bonus Winnings"). Bonus Winnings can only be converted into the cash balance of the Account for Completed Bonus Promotions. To clarify, the Customer may redeem Bonus Winnings only after the bonus promotion becomes a Completed Bonus Promotion (as described in paragraph 7 above) and before the Term expires, unless already credited to the cash balance by Bet9Ja. Sport T&C’s

title :

description :

These Sport T&C’s apply to all pre-match and live betting on any sport and/or market through any betting channels provided by bet9ja elite, unless otherwise stated or in addition to any specific sport betting and/or any specific sport.

  1. The minimum stake is NGN 100. The maximum stake per betslip (except on Zoom) is NGN 10,000,000.

  2. The maximum cumulative payout for Bet9ja within any 24-hour period will not exceed NGN 10,000,000,000 (the "daily payout"). If the cumulative daily payout on all Bet9ja tickets exceeds this amount, any subsequent payout of the winnings on each valid bet will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if sh0p bet9ja reaches the daily payout limit and you request the payout of your original bet with winnings amounting to NGN 2,000,000 on the same day, the amount paid to you will be NGN 1,000,000. The daily payout limit may be subject to change and will be communicated on the website.

  3. A bet is not valid until a transaction code has been issued by Bet9ja before the betting event. All bets not confirmed before the start of the betting event by the issuance of a code will be considered void. The printed version or a photo of a bet that has not yet been confirmed by Bet9ja will not be considered as a valid receipt. Bet9ja only recognizes bets that appear as confirmed on the bet list of the betting account. Bets that do not appear directly on Bet9ja’s server are not valid. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet, please check your Account or contact our Customer Service.

  4. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the number of bets placed and the amount staked are coherent with their intention before confirming the bet. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be changed or canceled by the Customer. All odds are subject to changes. Only the odds indicated by www bet9ja .com in the bet receipt are deemed as valid.

  5. Bet9ja has the right to refuse, accept, or partially accept the bet amount. Furthermore, Bet9ja has the right to cancel all accepted bets before the betting event begins without any explanation. In such cases, communication informing the Customer of the cancellation of the bet will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address, or a private message will be sent to the Account.

  6. In case of irregularities impacting the outcome of a betting event (e.g., a team playing with a youth squad due to a strike/protest/illness, etc.), Bet9ja has the right to declare the whole betting event void even after the event has taken place.

  7. It is possible to place single as well as multiple bets. Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event or different events are not accepted if the outcome of one affects or is affected by the outcome of the other unless special odds are offered for the combined eventuality. If such a bet is accidentally accepted due to human or technical error, Bet9ja reserves the right to void part or all of the bet.

  8. Combined bets are usually created according to the ‘x/y’ type, creating the appropriate number of combinations with the money assigned to each combination separately. For example, if you enter the amount of 100N for the combination bet of the ‘5/6’ type, a total of 600N will be placed (6 combinations, 100N each). It is also possible to bet on different game types regarding related betting events in the same combined bet. However, since it is not permitted to create multiple bets referring to related betting events, only the allowed number of combinations will be created in this case, with the entered amount of money being distributed to each of these combinations. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check if the number of combinations and the total amount of money staked corresponds to what they want to bet before confirming the bet. Once the bet is confirmed (single, multiple, or combined), it cannot be canceled by the Customer.

  9. Bet9ja operates maximum limits per bet (single bet, multiple bet, or combined bet) or per any combination within a bet. The maximum winning per bet is NGN 50,000,000. The Customer will not have the right to receive winnings exceeding the maximum limit per bet, whether or not the Customer was notified at the time of placing the bet or otherwise that potential winnings per bet would exceed the per-bet maximum winnings amount. In the event the potential winnings included in the bet slip exceed the amount of the maximum winning per bet (due to technical or human error), the Customer will have the right to receive the winnings as indicated in the bet slip only and, in any event, up to the maximum winning per bet. Bet9ja reserves the right to vary the maximum winning per bet at any time by publishing the new limit on its website.

  10. Bet9ja operates maximum limits per day. The maximum winning per day per user is NGN 50,000,000. The Customer will not have the right to receive winnings exceeding the maximum limit per day, whether or not the Customer was notified at the time of placing their bets or otherwise that their potential winnings would exceed the maximum winnings amount per day per user. In the event the potential winnings included in the bet slip exceed the amount of the maximum winning per day (due to technical or human error), the Customer will have the right to receive the winnings as indicated in the bet slip only and, in any event, up to the maximum winning per day per user. Bet9ja reserves the right to vary the maximum winning per day per user at any time by publishing the new limit on its website.

  11. Each sport is subject to the maximum winning per 24-hour period as listed below (the “Daily Limit”). The Daily Limit is exclusive of the original stake and applies per Customer or group of Customers, whether a betting syndicate or Customers acting together, who have placed bets containing the same selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over one or different days, using one or multiple Accounts and/or across different betting channels. Should Bet9ja have any reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed this way, the total payment of all such bets combined will be limited to one single maximum winning payout. Daily Limit is subject to change.

Daily Limit(s):

  1. All the information, dates, and timings published by Bet9ja are purely indicative. If the time or date of a betting event is brought forward, all bets placed before the beginning of the event and confirmed by Bet9ja shall be considered valid, whereas bets placed after will be considered void. In case of multiple bets, only the selection related to the bet placed after the beginning of the event will be voided, and such multiple bet will remain valid even if the minimum number of betting events is below the minimum required.

  2. Unless stated otherwise in these Sport Terms & Conditions or for specific sports/bet types, when an event is officially postponed and/or interrupted, all related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed by midnight (WAT) of the day following the originally scheduled match date. If it does not take place or is not completed within this timeframe, all bets related to that event will be deemed void within 24 hours. If an interruption occurs during extra time and, according to these Sport Terms & Conditions and/or individual sports rules, extra time does not affect the bet's outcome, all bets related to regular time will stand.

  3. Unless stated otherwise in these Sport Terms & Conditions for certain sports/bet types, if an event does not take place at the expected venue, or if one of the teams (for team sports) or one of the participants (for individual sports) does not match the originally scheduled match, Bet9ja reserves the right to void all related bets.

  4. The team/player displayed on the left side is considered the home team/player, and the one displayed on the right is considered the away team/player. If a match takes place in a neutral venue, the venue name may be displayed, and the displaying order of the teams/players will be irrelevant. If a home team chooses to play at a venue other than their official one, they will still be considered the home team, and no "n" sign will be necessary. In some competitions, for logistical reasons, the team that first appears in the match may not play on their home pitch (Country). However, no "n" sign is required in such cases.

  5. Unless stated otherwise in these Sport Terms & Conditions for certain sports/bet types, the outcome of a bet is based on the result achieved on the game field. Decisions made by disciplinary, sports, or legal bodies that affect or amend the result achieved on the game field will not be considered.

  6. In the event of a tie or equal result for two or more competitors, the winnings will be calculated by dividing the original odds by the number of competitors who share the same result. For example, if two competitors with odds of 2.80 and 1.90 share the same result (both declared winners), the resulting odds will be 1.4 (2.80/2) and 0.95 (1.90/2).

  7. All void events will be validated by 12:00 a.m. (WAT) on the day following the result validation.

  8. Only three bets may be accepted by Bet9ja under the same Account with identical events/markets selection (the "Identical Bets"). The Identical Bet includes single bets, multiple bets, or combinations of single bets and multiple bets that have the same selections within the same event and/or different selections with the same outcome, even if the stake is different. Bet9ja reserves the right to void any Identical Bet that exceeds the initial three Identical Bets, regardless of whether such bets were accepted due to human or technical error, and regardless of the outcome.

  9. If an event is not offered with the market "Any Other," Bet9ja reserves the right to add new participants at any time after the initial list's publication, including requests by Customers.

  10. The Customer must inform Bet9ja as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited to their Account. Without limiting Bet9ja's rights granted under the General Terms and Conditions or in law, Bet9ja may set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation and cancel possible bets or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds.

  11. Neither Bet9ja (including its employees or agents) nor its partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed to cover flawed bets will remain valid if not impaired by errors.

  12. Additional or new markets may be made available by Bet9ja from time to time. It is the Customer's responsibility to read the respective "Market Rules" applicable before placing any bets.

  13. All winning bets may be subject to taxes and levies imposed by provincial and/or federal authorities. Taxes and levies shall be retained by Bet9ja and paid on behalf of the player as required by applicable law.

  14. Bet9ja reserves the right to withhold payment and declare bets on an event void if there is evidence that the event's integrity has been compromised, the price(s) or pool has been manipulated, or match rigging has occurred. Evidence may be based on the size, volume, or pattern of bets placed with Bet9ja across any or all of our betting channels. A decision by the relevant governing body of the sport (if any) will be conclusive.

  15. In the case of evidence of a series of bets containing the same selection(s) placed by the same individual or group of individuals, Bet9ja reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment pending the outcome of any investigation.

Man of the Match Selection: You are tasked with forecasting the player designated as the 'Man of the Match' (M.V.P.) as determined by the official organizers of the specific competition. For instance, in Champions League matches, only the official decision of UEFA will be considered, or in World Cup matches, solely FIFA's official decision will hold weight. Please note that if the chosen player does not participate in the match, the bet will be null and void.

First Player to Receive a Card: Your objective is to predict which player will receive the first card (Yellow or Red) in the match. If your selected player is on the field before the first card is shown, your bet remains valid. However, if the chosen player enters the match after the first card is displayed or doesn't play at all, the bet becomes void. The player must be actively playing for the card to count. Cards shown after the Half Time or Full Time whistle will not be considered.

Fantasy Matches: Fantasy matches are linked to fixtures created between two teams or players who are not facing each other in real matches. Instead, they compete against different opponents, and the total goals scored by each team determine the outcome of the fantasy match. The result of the fantasy match relies solely on the goals scored by the teams specified for that fantasy match. If one or more of the teams' actual matches are postponed or abandoned, the fantasy match is declared void. Only goals scored during regular time contribute to the final score of the fantasy match. For example, in a Fantasy Match between 'Arsenal vs. Milan – 1X2', the 1st Real Match: 'Arsenal vs. Liverpool' with a result of 2-3 and the 2nd Real Match: 'Milan vs. Lecce' with a result of 1-0 will result in the Fantasy Match 'Arsenal vs. Milan' ending as 2-1, with the winning selection being 1 (home). A fantasy match between two players is considered void if at least one player does not start the game.

You are forecasting that the chosen driver or team will emerge as the victor in the race, practice session, or qualifying round.

Overtakings of a specific driver within the same lap when they enter or exit the pit lane will not be taken into account. Overtakings of a car in the lap during which it retires will also not be considered for settlement. The 'seed' value is the starting amount of the jackpot and the amount it resets to after being won.

  3. Who contributes to progressive jackpots?

  4. How much is contributed to a progressive jackpot?
Contribution percentages vary by jackpot. Below is a table of active jackpots and their contributions:

Progressive Jackpot Details

  2. Who can win a progressive jackpot?
